Nisai Group

Initial Meeting: The Nisai team approached us to pitch a proposal for the re-design of their existing website. They highlighted that they required a fully content managed solution and new, easy to use design that best reflected them and their marketplace.

Our Proposal: We put our heads together at Phumo and put together a clean, crisp design that we believed best met the requirements of their brief. We pitched our ideas to Nisai in our usually way: printed designs mounted on boards and all nicely packaged in our trademark 'pizza' box. Within 2-3 weeks the guys at Nisai called us back and let us know that we were successful in our pitch. They were honest with us and told us that we were not the cheapest and we were not the most expensive of the teams that pitched for their project. They told us we won the pitch on the content and delivery of our pitch. They said that we answered all the requirements they wished for and more and that they were now looking forward to getting cracking on the project.

Design & Implementation: For such an important project we knew it was important the we crossed the t's and dotted the i's on the construction of both the sitemap and the wireframe page layouts for the new website. We worked closely with the Nisai team on these stages of the project. They took time to do but the time was well spent as changes in these later on in would proof time-costly.

Upon sign off of the sitemap and wireframes page layouts we then created the individual page layout designs. We liaised closely with the client in the nurturing of these designs until they were happy with them all. Next stage for us was to then take these page design assets and build the website.

We built the website around the Drupal content management system due to the amount of flexibility this gives us and Nisai in the ongoing development and the future expansion of the website. Early discussions on the future stages of the Nisai website have proven to us that choosing Drupal was the right decision for this project.

Go-Live: The new Nisai website went live Summer 2008. Early feedback from their clients was very positive and the Nisai team are very pleased with the response the new website is getting.
