Since an early age I've always had a love for drawing and putting pen, brush, crayon, etc, to paper. Studying Graphic Design and Illustration at college then fueled my creative fire even more. I've been a graphic designer for almost 20 years now, the last 6 of which have been spent learning and nurturing my web design skills and my growing knowledge of user-experience for both online and printed media.
I have a natural understanding of what a client needs and, coupled with my experience in design on the printed and visual stage, I have found that I can creatively and effectively conceptualise, project manage and deliver my clients projects above and beyond the level they were expecting.
On creating 'Phumo' I soon realised that to deliver the best I needed to be working with the best. Working with talented local freelancers and small businesses has allowed me to work with the best talent in the North East.
